HR Generalist

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of the HR function, encompassing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and HR project support. As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with the Senior HR Manager to provide best practice advice and guidance on company policies, terms, and conditions of employment, as well as legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage all aspects of recruitment, including interviewing and onboarding processes.
- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievances.
- Report on key HR metrics and provide insights for business improvement.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
