HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR / ER Generalist to join our team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Managers to deliver ER case work, upskill managers, and mentor and coach the HR Co-ordinator.
About the Role:- Deliver ER case work across all aspects, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence issues.
- Upskill managers through training workshops, working closely with the HR Manager team.
- Mentor and coach the HR Co-ordinator to develop their skills and build their career to Advisory level.
- Conduct a full review of our current HR policies, benchmarking them against industry standards and building a framework for implementation.
- CIPD Qualified with experience at Senior HR Advisor / HRBP level.
- Strong Employment Law knowledge and experience of resolving high levels of ER cases.
- Policy review experience and ability to partner with a diversified workforce.
- Coaching and influencing skills, with experience of working with a broad spectrum of management styles.
- Ideal candidate will have operated within a regulated / unionised environment.
- Pro-active delivery and energetic approach.
- Positive influencer with high resilience.
