The Job Overview:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR Generalist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management on employment-related matters.
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, and new employee inductions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Handle HR queries and matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with changing legislation.
- Provide support with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary/grievance issues.
- Report on HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the development of training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
