Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager at Affinity Workforce Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in the education recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with client schools and education professionals
* Manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates, identifying and engaging with candidates for education roles
* Provide exceptional candidate care during the process of them starting a new role
* Maintain high levels of motivation and work towards targets
* Drive results and have a desire to build a career within the education recruitment sector

What We Offer:

* Full training and support to ensure success
* Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,500, depending on experience, with bonus structures
* Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home once trained and additional days off once promoted
