Role Overview:

Arcadis is seeking highly experienced Engineering Managers to support our client, a leading European Utility Company, on their Nuclear New Build Programme.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and technical management, with experience in the Energy sector and Nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the Owner team through the Tender Evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, and award process.
  • Support the Owner team in the successful delivery of a large new build mega project.
  • Manage large multidisciplinary teams and mega projects, with a focus on engineering and technical management.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in a relevant discipline or subject.
  • ~12 years experience within the Energy sector.
  • ~6 years experience in Nuclear (including New Nuclear Build, Waste, Decommissioning).
  • ~4 reference projects within the Energy or Nuclear field.
  • English language native and/or C1 (written & spoken).

Candidates will have exemplary interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, experience of managing large teams and projects, and knowledge of design and construction of New Nuclear Builds.
