About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in project delivery, preferably in the nuclear power sector, to join our team as a Quality Management Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality arrangements across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality arrangements across the project lifecycle.
  • Manage quality execution, supplier assessment, manufacturing surveillance, and non-conformance.
  • Resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with project teams and supply chain organisations.
  • Analyse data, prepare reports, and make recommendations.
  • Influence and challenge others to achieve quality excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project delivery, preferably in the nuclear power sector, with a focus on quality.
  • Strong understanding of quality management in major projects.
  • Ability to support and implement practical solutions.
  • Experience interfacing with project teams and supply chain organisations.
  • Analytical skills and report preparation.
  • Ability to influence and provide constructive challenge.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
