Arcadis is seeking highly experienced Engineering Managers to support the Owner team in the successful delivery of a large new build mega project.

The core focus is to assist and support the Owner team initially through a rigorous Tender Evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, and award process.

Subsequent transitioning to support the Owner team in the delivery of a governmental backed nuclear programme comprising exciting mega projects.

Arcadis is seeking expert, senior, and mid-level Engineering Managers with recognised expertise in Engineering & Technical management.

Key qualifications include a University Degree in a relevant discipline, ~12 years experience within the Energy sector, ~6 years experience in Nuclear, and ~4 reference projects within the Energy or Nuclear field.

Candidates will have exemplary interpersonal & stakeholder management skills, experience of managing large multidisciplinary teams/mega projects, and knowledge and experience of design and construction of New Nuclear Builds.
