Job Summary: We are looking for a Railway Financial Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quantity surveying or commercial management, with a relevant degree or masters qualification.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial aspects of construction projects within the rail sector from inception to completion.
  • Lead a team of quantity surveyors and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers, rail engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure rail project objectives are met.
  • Provide technical support on contract interpretation, negotiation, and wider commercial strategies.
  • Evaluate and improve change management, commercial forecasting, and reporting processes.
