Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Railway Training Specialist to join our team at London Northwestern Railway. As a key member of our Fleet department, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs to our employees.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of working in engineering training, with a particular emphasis on railway engineering being desirable. They will possess relevant qualifications, such as 'Training' qualifications and Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) certification.

A salary of up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with a range of benefits including free travel on all our trains and those of other train companies within our parent group company, as well as 75% off all other train company travel tickets.

The ideal candidate will be able to monitor compliance to competency, identify and create suitable training courses, and ensure the effective delivery of training programs. They will also be responsible for managing the scheduling of training sessions and monitoring attendance records.
