We are a dynamic recruitment business based in Chester, seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for a range of positions, spending large amounts of time on the phone screening a minimum of 15 candidates per day and matching them to their ideal jobs.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including every 2nd Friday off, 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service, and your birthday off on us. You will also have access to bespoke training courses and personal development through our in-house training team, as well as healthcare & employee wellbeing schemes, Perkbox, Cycle2work, and an ever-growing social calendar.

In this role, you will be required to have a valid driving license, strong PC skills, and the ability to record accurate data. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with proven recruitment experience, who is eager to develop their skills and progress within our company.
