We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team at Recruit4staff LTD. As a leading recruitment agency, we invest heavily in cutting-edge recruitment software, job boards, and other tools to provide a competitive environment for our consultants.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record in business development and new business sales. You will be based near our Chester office and work collaboratively with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to develop client portfolios and recruit top talent.

The successful Talent Acquisition Expert can expect a salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus an uncapped commission structure. Benefits include 19 days holiday + bank holidays, every 2nd Friday off, bespoke training courses, sales competitions, and much more.

The Role:
  • Developing client portfolios through business development and new business sales.
  • Providing a consultative approach to support clients.
  • Building lasting relationships with customers and networking through the businesses.
  • Working collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment.
