About the Role:

Omni Subsea is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to build a large network of candidates, source and select suitable candidates, and develop relationships with clients to understand recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a comprehensive network of potential candidates tailored to client needs.
  • Select and present suitably qualified candidates to meet existing and projected requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Implement and integrate effective recruitment software and IMS procedures into working practice.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite for efficient work management.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
