Headhunting Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Chester. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing client relationships and attracting top talent to various industries.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Recruit and select suitable candidates for client roles
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job openings
• Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth recruitment processes

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Commercial sectors
• Valid driving license
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Able to work accurately with PC software and record data
