Ergonomics Specialist Opportunity

Morson Talent is seeking an experienced Ergonomist to join our team in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of ergonomics policies and procedures in a dynamic manufacturing environment.


Job Description

The successful candidate will perform ergonomics work analysis, provide recommendations, and support the development of ergonomics action plans. You will also contribute to the definition of specifications, ensuring that ergonomics is taken into account in the design of new manufacturing tooling and processes.


Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a degree (or higher) level in Ergonomics/Human Factors and be accredited to Registered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF) or equivalent. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
