Defining a Career as an Ergonomist: An Ergonomist plays a vital role in improving workplace efficiency and reducing the risk of injury. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting ergonomics work analysis, providing recommendations, and contributing to the development of action plans. You will also be involved in the definition of specifications and call for tenders, ensuring that ergonomics is taken into account during the design and implementation of new manufacturing tooling and processes.

1. Perform ergonomics work analysis of Assembly/Installation activities to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design engineering, and health & safety, to develop and implement ergonomics-related initiatives.
3. Develop and maintain knowledge of international regulatory and scientific developments to inform ergonomics practice and policy.">
