Senior Underwriter Opportunity

LV= General Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for the agile management of our Home, Travel, and Landlord portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on underwriting matters.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in underwriting or a related field, with a strong understanding of the GI market.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Relevant technical expertise, such as knowledge of home insurance products and processes.
