Lead Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Market Pricing Analyst to join our team at Ageas. As a key member of our Pricing and Underwriting department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven pricing strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Pricing Analysts, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Develop, validate, and review predictive machine learning models to improve pricing accuracy and recommend pricing actions that increase volume, income, and profit.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date datasets for modelling, pricing, and monitoring, exploring new data sources to enhance models.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and support their deployment, ensuring seamless integration with our rating engine.
- Carry out deployment and review of rates into live rating engine, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Develop a balanced view of current and future pricing performance by combining MI, modelling results, and company targets.
- Maintain records to coordinate pricing decisions and implementation across teams, decision-making bodies, and implementation pathways.
- Execute, develop, and project manage across all stages of the pricing control cycle as required.
- Inform and influence senior management, heads of department, and peers across the Pricing and Underwriting department.
- Deputise for the Senior Pricing Manager or Manager where required, including meetings with senior management of Ageas UK companies.
