About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Market Pricing Analyst to join our team at Ageas Insurance Limited. As a key member of our Pricing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing models and strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing and analytics
  • Communicate complex pricing concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance pricing or a related analytical field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python
  • Experience with predictive modeling techniques, such as machine learning and statistical modeling
