Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Support Specialist who possesses outstanding verbal communication abilities and has a proven track record in managing both incoming and outgoing customer interactions.   • Maintaining precise client records and adhering to regulatory standards in all aspects.
  • Following established processes for service-related issues and escalating matters as necessary.
  • Participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall service quality provided by the organization.
  • Overseeing the administrative aspects of the organizational claims process.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a phone-based customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
