Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Relations Specialist who possesses outstanding verbal communication abilities and a proven track record in managing both incoming and outgoing customer interactions. Comprehensive training will be provided from the outset, along with continuous support throughout your journey with Neilson Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively addressing customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Overseeing the distribution of customer communications within established company guidelines and deadlines
  • Demonstrating empathy towards customers and confidently resolving objections and queries to alleviate concerns
  • Maintaining precise client records and adhering to regulatory standards across all matters
  • Following established processes and procedures for all service-related issues and escalating as necessary
  • Contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing the services provided by the organization
  • Managing the administrative aspects of the organizational claims process
Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a phone-based customer service role
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, as the finer points are crucial
  • A positive mindset and eagerness to learn
