About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Agent to join our team at Neilson Financial Services. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Customer Enquiries: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver Customer Correspondence: Manage the delivery of customer correspondence within agreed company frameworks, timescales, and deadlines, ensuring all communication is clear, concise, and effective.
  • Empathize with Customers: Effectively empathize with customers, handling objections and queries confidently to allay any concerns and provide a positive experience.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, complying with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
  • Adhere to Processes: Adhere to established processes and procedures for all service-related matters, escalating issues as necessary to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to Projects: Contribute to projects designed to improve the service offered by Neilson Financial Services, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a phone-based customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement.
