Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at Profitero, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer success.

  • Engage directly with customers to resolve their queries and provide timely support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Profitero's ecommerce analytics platform to provide expert support.
  • Assess customer data for completeness and accuracy, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to deliver high-quality support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical support or client service experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • High degree of proficiency in Excel.
  • Prior experience in a technology or software company is a plus.
  • European language skills are desirable for EMEA-based roles.
