Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist at Profitero, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer success.
- Engage directly with customers to resolve their queries and provide timely support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Profitero's ecommerce analytics platform to provide expert support.
- Assess customer data for completeness and accuracy, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to ensure their needs are met.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to deliver high-quality support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support or client service experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- High degree of proficiency in Excel.
- Prior experience in a technology or software company is a plus.
- European language skills are desirable for EMEA-based roles.
