**Job Summary**

We're looking for a professional, confident, and experienced Customer Success Manager with a background working with organisations in the Healthcare sector, to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Account management of a range of clients from our Healthcare sector
  • Develop new ways to engage and expand our customer base
  • Meet retention and expansion targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the current social landscape
  • Assist the Customer Support team when required
  • Deliver onsite onboarding and training to customers
  • Hold conversations with prospects, supporting the sales team, in the pre-sales process
  • Manage internal stakeholders, communicating performance to key stakeholders
  • Owning tender processes and working directly with procurement
  • Demonstrate new product features to support future account growth
  • Create quotes and contracts to ensure the business is contractually protected
  • Participate in relevant industry and company events

**Requirements**

  • Organisational skills are next to none, with a love for working in a structured way and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in a CSM role in a SaaS company or working in a social media/digital/Comms role within the healthcare sector
  • Understanding of CRM platforms, with a bonus if you're a Microsoft Dynamics 365 whizz
  • Comfortable and confident with quoting and pitching commercial benefits
  • Comfortable presenting performance to clients, the company, and peers
  • Experience working in the public sector is preferred, with a CSM who can understand and challenge customer's objectives
  • A clean driving license
