About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join SCC as a Customer Success Manager, where you will play a key role in driving account growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver exceptional customer support and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, expansion, and upgrades to increase customer lifetime value.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an account manager or service delivery manager with a track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a flexible approach to uncertainty and change.
