**Job Summary**
We're looking for a professional, confident, and experienced Customer Success Manager with a background working with organisations in the Healthcare sector, to join our growing team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Account management of a range of clients from our Healthcare sector
- Develop new ways to engage and expand our customer base
- Meet retention and expansion targets
- Stay up-to-date with the current social landscape
- Assist the Customer Support team when required
- Deliver onsite onboarding and training to customers
- Hold conversations with prospects, supporting the sales team, in the pre-sales process
- Manage internal stakeholders, communicating performance to key stakeholders
- Owning tender processes and working directly with procurement
- Demonstrate new product features to support future account growth
- Create quotes and contracts to ensure the business is contractually protected
- Participate in relevant industry and company events
**Requirements**
- Organisational skills are next to none, with a love for working in a structured way and meeting deadlines
- Experience in a CSM role in a SaaS company or working in a social media/digital/Comms role within the healthcare sector
- Understanding of CRM platforms, with a bonus if you're a Microsoft Dynamics 365 whizz
- Comfortable and confident with quoting and pitching commercial benefits
- Comfortable presenting performance to clients, the company, and peers
- Experience working in the public sector is preferred, with a CSM who can understand and challenge customer's objectives
- A clean driving license
