Trainee Customer Success Manager

Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on nurturing, expanding, and revitalizing a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and enhance relationships with current clients to maximize service quality, drive business expansion, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison for all client-related inquiries and requirements.
- Inform clients about upcoming developments in our company and product offerings.
- Effectively communicate and showcase the advantages of additional Pinewood DMS products and features, overseeing the presentation, quotation, and sales process.
- Provide weekly updates regarding your sales projections and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Formulate strategic marketing initiatives and ensure that key performance indicators related to client engagement are achieved.
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Pinewood's products and service offerings.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our systems, including their parameters, functionalities, and integrations.
Qualifications:
- A graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Educated to A level or equivalent.
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above.
