Job Summary

Avant Homes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Trainee Sales Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in sales and work with a leading housebuilder in the UK.

About the Role

As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Advisor in achieving reservations, presenting and demonstrating the Avant product, and completing customer paperwork. You will also be involved in marketing recommendations, building relationships with onsite construction teams, and providing updates to customers on the progress of their home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Advisor in achieving reservations and sales targets
  • Present and demonstrate the Avant product, show homes, and optional extras to customers
  • Complete customer paperwork in alignment with Group policies and GDPR
  • Assist the Sales Advisor in managing third-party working relationships
  • Provide updates to customers on the progress of their home
  • Build relationships with onsite construction teams
  • Provide assistance with the "street scene" to ensure the highest possible standard at all times
  • Actively contact potential customers and sales leads to maximize sales

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced sales environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
