Trainee Sales Advisor Opportunity

Avant Homes is a leading housebuilder operating in various regions across the UK. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our West Midlands sales team as a Trainee Sales Advisor.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer experience-focused individual to join a fast-paced sales environment. As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Advisor in achieving reservations, presenting and demonstrating the Avant product, and completing customer paperwork in alignment with Group policies and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Advisor in achieving reservations and presenting the Avant product.
  • Complete customer paperwork in alignment with Group policies and GDPR.
  • Assist the Sales Advisor in managing third-party working relationships.
  • Active involvement in marketing recommendations, in relation to advertising.
  • Provide updates to customers in relation to the progress of their home.
  • Build relationships with the onsite Construction teams.
  • Provide assistance with the "street scene" ensuring the highest possible standard at all times.
  • Actively contact potential customers and sales leads in order to maximise sales where possible.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate their experience within a customer-facing environment, develop strong relationships, and listen to customers to understand their needs. Full training will be provided to ensure that you understand all aspects of the home buying process.
