About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Trainee to join our expanding team in Birmingham. As a Sales Development Trainee, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Company

BMS Performance is a leading supplier of a variety of products sold to the construction industry. We work with housing developments, stadiums, shopping centers, and more, supplying a wide range of products to aid these projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our range of timber products when speaking to clients
  • Deal with existing customers (75%) and identify new business opportunities
  • Attend meetings with architects, building contractors, property developers, and house builders
