About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Asset Reliability Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our range of Load Monitoring solutions to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business requirements
  • Identify and deliver new long-term strategic client relationships
  • Produce quotes and commercial proposals to present to customers
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to order closure
  • Engage with qualified prospects to create positive long-term partnerships
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships in assigned regions or markets
  • Ensure CRM and other sales applications are accurately updated
  • Support Customer Services function as required

Requirements
  • Knowledge of load monitoring equipment or a background in an engineering/technical company would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in Offshore Wind, Marine, and/or Renewables, Oil & Gas would be preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Highly effective sales, communication, and presentation skills
  • Advanced user of MS Office programmes
  • An interest in online lead generation and digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to drive sales through digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent influential communication skills: interpersonal, presentation, and written
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
