About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at TalkTalk Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer base and driving growth through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain and grow revenue within existing customer base through relationships with customers at all levels, including C-Suite level.
  • Identify growth opportunities within customer base and lead regular customer meetings to develop wallet share and win new business through referrals and lead generation.
  • Operate within accounts from C-Suite level down, leveraging and developing new relationships.
  • Consistently achieve activity and sales targets.
Requirements
  • An experienced sales professional with a strong background in account management, preferably in the Telecommunications sector.
  • Proven ability to think strategically to retain and grow revenue within existing customer base.
  • Excellent business acumen and understanding of business drivers with the ability to articulate value propositions to customers.
  • Experience in managing customer satisfaction and resolving issues in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Knowledge of market trends, Telecoms solutions and commitment to ongoing product knowledge development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
