About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SME Business Account Manager to join our team at TalkTalk Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer base, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with internal departments to achieve a common goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain and grow revenue within the existing customer base by selling TalkTalk Business products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead regular customer account reviews to develop long-standing relationships, increase wallet share, and win new business through referrals.
  • Take ownership of business issues and drive them to positive conclusions.
  • Accurately forecast sales volume, revenue, and margin, ensuring pipeline management is within current and future months.
  • Consistently achieve KPI activity and sales-related targets.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue forecasting and attrition management.
  • Ability to articulate the value of our commercial propositions to customers.
  • Capability to take ownership of business issues and drive them to positive conclusions.
  • Accurate forecasting using correct pipeline management for current and future months.
  • Ability to ensure product knowledge is always up to standard through self-learning and internal courses.
