We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Account Manager to join our team at TalkTalk Business. As a Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer base, identifying growth opportunities, and developing long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow our existing customer base through effective sales and account management strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing customer base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
