We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at TalkTalk Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer base, retaining and growing revenue, and identifying new business opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of up to 100 business customers, with a focus on retaining and growing revenue.
- Identify growth opportunities within the customer base and develop strategies to win new business through referrals and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including C-Suite executives.
- Consistently achieve activity and sales targets.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the Telecommunications sector.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate value propositions to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of market trends, Telecoms solutions, and commitment to ongoing product knowledge development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
