Head of Enterprise Architecture

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Enterprise Architecture to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technology direction to stakeholders, including suppliers and IT teams, through strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance forums. They will build and lead the Enterprise Architecture practice, managing a team of domain architects, and respond to disruptive forces by facilitating decision-making and providing actionable recommendations.
The Head of Enterprise Architecture will be accountable for ensuring engagement with business and IT stakeholders, communicating the value of Enterprise Architecture, and establishing the EA team's services and operating model. They will also align the Digital function with stakeholders across the Trust and throughout the IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technology direction to stakeholders through strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance forums.
- Build and lead the Enterprise Architecture practice, managing a team of domain architects.

- Ensure engagement with business and IT stakeholders, communicating the value of Enterprise Architecture.
