Housing Standards Officer Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Private Sector Housing team as a Housing Standards Officer. This is a permanent post with 30 hours per week.

About the Role

As a Housing Standards Officer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of HMO Licensing inspections, ensuring compliance with licence conditions, and conducting thorough inspections to identify potential hazards.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least an HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, together with a minimum of 2 years' experience of delivering customer-focused services, preferably within the private rented sector.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,060 - £32,654 per annum (pro-rata), depending on qualifications and experience.
