Job Description
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team in Warwickshire. This is an ongoing contract, with a minimum duration of four months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs on social housing properties using their skillset, which should include carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, and tiling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs using various skills, including carpentry, plumbing, and other relevant trade skills.
  • Work on social housing contracts in the Warwickshire area.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety regulations.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of working on social housing contracts.
  • Your own van, ensuring you can travel efficiently to job sites.
  • A clear criminal record, as DBS checks will be required.
