Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a Multiskilled Tradesperson to perform day-to-day repairs on social housing properties in Warwickshire. This ongoing contract is a minimum of four months, on a self-employed basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs using a skillset that includes Carpentry, Plumbing, Patch Plastering, and Tiling.
  • Utilize other trades you are competent in to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in various trades, including Carpentry, Plumbing, and Tiling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
