Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. They will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will be responsible for managing the front of house operations, including greeting clients, handling inquiries, and providing information about the facility and services.

- Ensure the reception area is always clean and tidy and that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide support to the facilities team as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the front of house operations.
