Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess claims for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction
  • Communicate effectively with claimants and official bodies
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 GCSE/O level passes (Grade A – C) including English language and Mathematics or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
