We are looking for a Housing Stock Manager to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs).

As a key member of our Neighbourhood and Assets team, you will be responsible for managing building projects for the Council's housing stock and historic buildings, providing challenging opportunities not often found within our sector.

Responsibilities include specifying and managing works to the Council's housing stock, including providing aids and adaptations work for tenants, and work to corporate and commercial premises.

You will also be involved in fire safety measures and HHSRS risks and solutions, with experience in this area being advantageous.

A salary of approximately £30,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, is offered for this position.

This is a 37 hours per week permanent post with flexible working arrangements, including office and hybrid working, and occasional home working.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent skills in building project management, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Surveying or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications like MRICS or MCIOB, are preferred.
