Job Description

At Triumph Consultants Ltd, we are seeking a Temporary Accommodation Support Specialist to join our team. This role is based in the UK and requires the right to work in the country.

We estimate an annual salary of £28,000 for this position, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To provide temporary accommodation support services to homeless households by acting on their housing needs and offering information, advice, and guidance.
  2. To undertake sign-ups for temporary accommodation placements and ensure clients understand all aspects and responsibilities of the licence/agreements.
  3. Liaise with Revenues & Benefits sections to ensure HB claims are processed in a timely manner.
  4. Engage with rent officers and council tax to reduce arrears through provision of rent statements and payment plans.
  5. Conduct weekly welfare visits to provide support, advice, and guidance to clients within temporary accommodation.
  6. Support clients to improve health and social wellbeing and advocate on their behalf to engage with relevant agencies and services.
