We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Operations Assistant to drive student progress and improve outcomes at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting staff and students, managing school operations, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, collaborating with parents and carers, and assisting with events and activities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing, vibrant community that values teamwork and dedication. Our school offers a 37 hour week, term time only contract with a generous salary and pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting staff and students to achieve their full potential
  • Managing school operations, including facilities, finance, and resources
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all members of the school community
  • Collaborating with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and partnership working
  • Assisting with events and activities that promote student engagement and well-being
