Job Overview:

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a Housing and Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing temporary accommodation support services to homeless households.

Responsibilities:

  • To facilitate the smooth operation of temporary accommodation services by ensuring clients receive accurate information and guidance on their housing options.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues, statutory agencies, and voluntary organisations to ensure clients receive comprehensive support services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress, using this data to inform future service development.
  • Provide regular welfare visits to clients within temporary accommodation to assess their needs and offer tailored support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a support setting, particularly with homeless or vulnerable individuals.
  • Strong knowledge of agencies and organisations that support people who are homeless.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
