Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Housing and Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting homeless or vulnerable individuals and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the delivery of temporary accommodation services, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, charities, and other service providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery, using data to identify areas for improvement and inform service development.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a support setting, preferably with homeless or vulnerable individuals.
  • Strong understanding of the complexities surrounding homelessness and the needs of vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

About the Role:
