Role Overview

The Other House is seeking a highly skilled Revenue & Distribution Executive to drive results across all accommodation revenue streams and support our exciting growth plans.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of the hospitality market and reservations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and will be able to contribute to making positive commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving revenue growth across all accommodation revenue streams
  • Work closely with the group reservation function and operation teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Contribute to making positive commercial decisions based on market analysis and data
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or revenue department
  • Experience working for independent properties or small groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows software, with extensive experience in Excel
  • Strong planning, organising and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
