Family Support Coordinator

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Family Support Coordinator to join our Children & Young People's Team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with vulnerable children and families and be able to demonstrate their ability to build strong relationships and facilitate positive change.
As a Family Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective support plans that promote positive outcomes for children and young people. You will work closely with families, other agencies, and professionals to ensure that the needs of the child are met and that they receive the support they require.
Job Requirements:- Relevant experience in a similar role, with a focus on working with vulnerable children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and other professionals.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities and circumstances.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £44,464 dependent on experience, plus a £3000 welcome payment, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, strong commitment to continuous professional development, and health and wellbeing support.
