Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to support safeguarding minute-taking across adult social care and provide senior manager support. This is a unique opportunity to provide an effective business support service to front-line services.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Attending and minute taking safeguarding meetings directly onto a mobile device
- Uploading minutes and documentation
- Distributing approved minutes to professionals/attendees
- Coordinating meetings with professionals and families
- Arranging venues for meetings
- Team invites as required
- Supporting the management of the safeguarding coordination inbox daily
- Typing minutes from recordings
The successful candidate will have an A Level 2/3 relevant qualification, business support background or keen interest in developing within this area.
A competitive salary of £24,000 per annum is offered for this role.
