Sales and Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in Barnsley.
This role involves processing orders, managing customer accounts, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring timely order dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support client accounts and update CRM systems with accurate data.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including invoices, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to work.
