About the Role

We are looking for an individual with previous experience working with a top 20 main contractor on Northern-based new build projects.

The role involves working on a new build scheme, maintaining site registers of design reviews, and assigning document numbers for easy traceability.

About the Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining site registers of design reviews
  • Assigning document numbers for easy traceability
  • Quality checking documentation and communication, ensuring accurate status updates
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams
  • Applying knowledge of 4P/4 projects/viewpoint concepts

Benefits

A competitive remuneration package, including a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
